Workshop: Energy Healing Strategies for Students
Your teachers and counseling staff will leave this 60 minute workshop with a framework for supporting their students’ energetic balance during the school day. When students have balanced energy they are calm, focused, and more ready to learn. This workshop includes a framework for easily identifying stuck or excess energy in students, as well as many energy tools that can be integrated into the classroom routine preventively, or used as needed when students need them most. These strategies help students to understand their own energy and how they can independently utilize energy techniques to maintain balance over their energy through out the school day and beyond. This knowledge not only helps children to become better students, but also supports them in becoming healthy and balanced adults.
This workshop will cover the mind / body / energy connection as well as a range of targeted energy healing techniques, including child-focused Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). This workshop is designed to support teachers with class-wide interventions, as well as counselors with individual energy techniques to use during crisis and counseling sessions. This framework, along with these techniques, can be added to existing classroom interventions and therapeutic modalities.
