Sound Healing Session (in-person) - 1 hour
Sound healing shifts the energy in our bodies, working through blocks. It helps us to release excess energy and find a place of calm and peace. During a session, you will lay comfortably while I play the instruments. Often people go into a deep meditative state during the session. Depending on the instrument being used, I may move around the space but the instruments will never touch your body.
My collection includes, Frosted Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls (perfect pitch C major set with biaural theta wave generating pair), Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls (Crystal Tones Mount Shasta Serpentine for Grounding, Aqua Aura Gold with Lemurian Seed Quartz for the Solar Plexus, Aqua Aura Gold with Great Salt Lake Salt for the Heart, and Pink Aura Gold with Lemurian Seed Quartz for the Third Eye), Crystal Singing Chalices, 32” Paiste Symphonic Gong, Molina Monochord, Sansula, Koshi Chimes, Tingsha Bells, Rainstick, and more.
