Through exploration of soul-level themes, recurring life patterns, and deeper questions of purpose and identity, clients are invited to:

By integrating psychological wellness, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and the Akashic Records, clients are able to identify and release energetic blocks held at the soul level.
The Akashic Records provide the clarity, while EFT provides an active process for working with the memories, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and energetic patterns that arise. EFT is an evidence-informed Energy Psychology technique that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused awareness to help regulate the nervous system, process emotions, and reduce the intensity of stress responses. Together, these approaches support both meaning-making and emotional processing, helping clients create deeper and more lasting shifts in their overall well-being.

What Does the Package Include?
After purchase, we will schedule a complimentary 15-minute Resonance Call. During this conversation, we will ensure that the package feels like a good fit for both of us.* We will also review the onboarding process, discuss completion of the necessary Client Portal documents, and schedule your sessions.
The package includes four 90-minute virtual sessions.
Prior to our first session, I will access your Akashic Record independently and spend dedicated time organizing the information that comes through. This preparation allows me to share the information in a clear, cohesive, and meaningful way during our work together.
During our first 90-minute Zoom session, I will share the information that emerged through your Akashic Record and help you connect those insights directly to your life. The information may highlight strengths, tendencies, recurring themes, soul lessons, karmic patterns, or past-life narratives that feel relevant to your current experience. Together, we will explore how these insights relate to what you are navigating now so the information feels practical, grounded, and applicable to everyday life. We will also leave ample time for questions and discussion.
As we move forward through the additional three 90-minute sessions, we will deepen and integrate the insights that emerged from the records. Together, we will identify areas for growth and healing, explore patterns that may be contributing to feelings of being stuck, and utilize EFT to help release energetic disruptions that appear connected to those patterns. Depending on your goals, our work may also include support in making aligned choices and creating meaningful changes in your life.
