What is the Empower the True Self Program?

The Empower the True Self Program is a virtual, deeply personalized, integrative, healing experience, designed to help you release the energetic, karmic, and emotional patterns that have kept you from fully embodying who you truly are.

Rooted in my model of the human condition, this program offers a thoughtfully structured and intuitively guided process to identify and dismantle the blocks that restrict your natural state of clarity, alignment, and inner power, allowing your True Self to emerge with greater ease and consistency.

This program is best suited for individuals who:

• Feel persistent sense of being blocked or not fully themselves

• Recognize repeating emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, or life themes

• Are ready for deep, sustained healing (not just surface-level insight)

• Value personalized, integrative approach that bridges energy work and psychotherapy

What does the program include?

Based on insights drawn from Polyvagal Theory and Mind-Body Medicine, we begin by integrating Reiki.

This first session will open and recalibrate your energy field through Reiki and intuitive insight while being held within a safe psychological wellness container.

This session is designed to:

• Clear energetic stagnation

• Bring your chakras into greater balance

• Create space for deeper therapeutic and karmic work

• Initiate more aligned connection with your True Self

Akashic Records: Soul Profile & Karma Session

Based on insights drawn from Existential-Humanistic, Transpersonal, Personal Construct theories, we want to begin to gather information from the Akashic Record to support you in meaning-making, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. In this virtual session, we access your Akashic Records to explore your soul-level blueprint. You will receive a recording of this session for future reference.

Together, we:

• Uncover karmic patterns currently shaping your life

• Gain clarity on your soul's design, purpose, and natural alignment

• Identify where you have moved out of alignment with your True Self

• Begin to consciously shifting your trajectory at a deeper level

Transformation with EFT-Based Healing

This phase of the program utilizes an evidence-based Energy Psychology technique, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), to support deep transformation, ailignment, and integration.

It includes one planning session (60-minute virtual session) followed by a series of personalized energetic alignment sessions (typically structured as eight 90-minute virtual sessions) where we work to:

• Process and release unresolved karmic trauma

• Dismantle limiting beliefs and subconscious conditioning from past lifetimes

• Interrupt patterns that perpetuate unwanted emotional and karmic cycles

• Support lasting change at the emotional and he nervous system level

Using primarily Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), this work allows for meaningful transformation to become deeply embodied.

Sacred Integration Session

The program concludes with a thoughtfully guided virtual integration experience that is deeply personalized to make it meaningful for you:

• Intention

• Reiki

• EFT

This serves as a powerful point of empowerment.  We honor the work you've done and anchor you into a new way of being, as you step forward more fully aligned with your True Self.

Who is eligible to participate?

Due to the psychological nature of this wellness program, it is currently available to residents of New Jersey only.  

What happens after you enroll?
After purchase, we will schedule a complimentary 20-minute Resonance Call. The Resonance Call is a brief consultation designed to explore alignment, answer questions, and assess whether this service is an appropriate fit for your current needs and level of support. During this conversation, we will ensure that the package feels like a good fit for both of us.* We will also review the onboarding process and discuss completion of the necessary Client Portal documents. From there, we will begin designing your personalized program and scheduling your session in alignment with your selected path.

This service is an integrative, insight-oriented process, rooted in the psychological themes that emerge through Reiki amd the Akashic Records work, designed to help people improve their well-being and step into the truth of who thy are. This service is not structured to directly diagnose or treat specific mental health disorders or acute psychological symptoms.
