What does it include?
The program begins with a Reiki & Energetic Insight Session to help open and align your energy, making space to empower the True Self and bringing your chakras into greater balance.
Next we turn to the Akashic Records in your Soul Profile & Karma Reading. Here we unveil karmic patterns and help you to align with the core essence of who you truly are, your True Self.
Over the course of twelve 45 minute psychotherapy sessions, we work to not only to shift the karmic patterns influencing your life, but also to process and let go of emotional pain.
Through the methodical, specific, thorough, and compassionate approach of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), you will release energetic disruptions, as well as dismantle core beliefs and negative programming. EFT is an exposure therapy with cognitive, somatic, and energetic components that helps to neutralize the energetic charge of difficult moments in your life that uphold negative karmic patterns. I may also integrate inner child healing into my treatment approach, supporting your deep healing and transformation. I will provide you with both a path, and a modality, to help you to release what no longer serves you. Thus, carving out a possibility for you to step into the truth of who you are…your True Self.
We complete an additional Reiki & Energetic Insight Session to help fully clear out your energy field, recalibrating your energy to this higher vibration and alignment with your True Self.
The program concludes with a private sacred ceremony, which is a powerful integration of intention, Reiki, EFT, and sound healing. This ceremony marks the culmination of this chapter in your healing journey, as you step forward embodying the empowered True Self.

Please note: Due to the psychological nature of this program, I am only able to offer it to residents of New Jersey. This is a general wellness program, therefore it is not designed to target specific psychological symptoms or disorders. Seek out other mental health care if you are experiencing distressing psychological symptoms that would benefit from direct treatment.
Sessions may be completed in person at my office in Manalapan, or virtually. The psychotherapy sessions can be stacked together to build in-person healing intensives (up to 5 hours in length), if that is your preference. In-person healing intensives have the added benefit of being able to go deeper in a shorter amount of time. This can be customized for you.
After purchase, I will contact you within 2 business days to obtain necessary information to move forward with the Reiki and Akashic Records portion of this service. You will also receive a link to my Client Portal for the psychological portion of this service. In the Client Portal, you will be able to access and complete the necessary forms and we will proceed with scheduling the remaining sessions.
