What is the Empower the True Self Program?
The Empower the True Self Program is a deeply personalized, integrative, healing experience, designed to help you release the energetic, karmic, and psychological patterns that have kept you from fully embodying who you truly are.
Rooted in my model of the human condition, this program offers a thoughtfully structured and intuitively guided process to identify and dismantle the blocks that restrict your natural state of clarity, alignment, and inner power, allowing your True Self to emerge with greater ease and consistency.

Reiki & Energetic Insight Session
We begin by opening and recalibrating your energy field through Reiki and intuitive insight.
This session is designed to:
Clear energetic stagnation
Bring your chakras into greater balance
Create space for deeper therapeutic and karmic work
Initiate more aligned connection with your True Self
Akashic Records: Soul Profile & Karma Session
In this session, we access your Akashic Records to explore your soul-level blueprint.
Together, we:
Uncover karmic patterns currently shaping your life
Gain clarity on your soul's design, purpose, and natural alignment
Identify where you have moved out of alignment with your True Self
Begin to consciously shifting your trajectory at a deeper level
Integrative Psychotherapy & EFT-Based Healing
This phase of the program is devoted to support deep emotional healing and integration.
It includes a series of personalized psychotherapy sessions (typically structured as eight sessions) where we work to:
Process and release unresolved trauma
Dismantle limiting beliefs and subconscious conditioning
Interrupt patterns that perpetuate unwanted emotional and karmic cycles
Support lasting change at both the psychological and nervous system level
These sessions may be experienced individually or combined into immersive healing intensives, depending on your personalized program design. Using primarily Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), this work allows for meaningful transformation to become deeply embodied.
Sacred Integration Ceremony
The program concludes with a thoughtfully guided ceremonial experience integrating:
Intention
Reiki
EFT
Sound healing
This ceremony serves as a powerful point of integration. We honor the work you've done and anchor you into a new way of being, as you step forward more fully aligned with your True Self.
How is this program structured?
This program is offered as a deeply personalized healing container, thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. Depending on your needs, there are two paths.
Empower the True Self Path: a thoughtfully paced experience that allows for integration between sessions, supporting steady and sustainable transformation over time.
Empower the True Self Immersion: a more immersive format designed for those who feel ready to move deeply into the work. Sessions are combined into longer, focused experiences which allow us to access and transform patterns with greater depth, efficiency, and momentum. This format is ideal for those who prefer a more private, accelarated, and deeply supported healing experience.

Who is eligible to participate?
Due to the psychotherapeutic component of this program, it is currently available to residents of New Jersey only.
What happens after you enroll?
After purchase, I will personally reach out to you within 2 business days to gather the necessary information needed to begin your Reiki and Akashic Records sessions. You will also receive access to your private Client Portal, where you can complete the necessary forms for the psychotherapy portion of this service. From there, we will begin designing your personalized program and scheduling your session in alignment with your selected path.

$1,500 due at booking
$1,500 due at 30 days after booking

All sessions and support are scheduled within these timeframes, and payment plans are designed to maintain momentum and integrity within the process.
Missed payments may result in a pause of sessions until the balance is brought current.
