It can help to clear up energetic space so that you can step into your authenticity and align with your life's purpose, allowing more health, vitality, and abundance.

Ceremonies can focus on major life transitions and times where emotional and/or spiritual energy must be released to facilitate the healing process (breakups, divorce, grief, etc.). Ceremonies can be intentional to build up positive energy around something new (honoring a new baby, new home, new business, birthday, etc.). Ceremonies can be seasonal, harnessing the energy of nature (moon ceremonies, solstice or equinox ceremonies).

About Dr. Hamed

Dr. Heather Hamed, Psy.D., graduated from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University in 2012 and earned her Reiki Master Teacher certification in 2019. Dr. Hamed combines principles of psychology and energy healing in all of her work, with the goal of empowering clients to activate their own innate healing abilities. When our healing goal spans beyond symptom relief and encompasses energetic balance, we are able to live fuller, more radiant lives.
